If you had problems with the product or the product is not suitable, it is possible to return the product within 14 days.

Before returning, make sure that:
- The product’s packaging has been opened without spoiling it (The resealable packaging has not been pulled into strips)
- The product is complete, i.e. the packaging of the product and the rest is still there.
- The product has no signs of use.
- If the the product is defective, be sure to add pictures and wait for further instructions.
After letting us know and receiving confirmation, we ask customers to return the goods in the manner chosen by you.
Return shipping is free if the order is returned within 14 days of receipt.
After handing over the goods to the courier, be sure to send us a confirmation sheet/cheque by e-mail so that we can complete the return process and return faster.
