Order arrived but some things missing?

The products may have been sent in several parcels, in which case the second parcel will be delivered within a few days. Please contact our customer support for details!

How much does transport cost?

The cost of transporting products depends on the weight of the products and the number of packages. The exact price is visible in the shopping cart.

How soon will my goods arrive?

In general, the exact delivery time is indicated in the product description in the Medifum.ee e-shop.

Where is my shipment?

The product I ordered is not suitable for me?

Returns are always free of charge for our customers in our online shop! If the goods are not suitable for you for any reason, please fill in the cancellation form which can be found here!

I would like a single item, but only a set is for sale.

If a product is not available separately in our online shop, it is a bundle and we cannot order them individually.
